Community description:A place to share the ED journey
Eating disorders are extremely hazardous, unhealthy, and very serious. They are not the easy or magical way to lose weight. Signs of eating disorders include preoccupation with body weight or food (or both—regardless of body weight), dramatic weight loss/weight gain, excessive exercise, self-induced vomiting, binge eating, and the abuse of laxatives or diet pills. Seek help from a health care provider if any of these apply to you, a family member, or a friend.
